Welcome to BeHere! These Terms of Use/Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and mobile application (the “Service”).

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Using Our Services

Registration; Rules for User Conduct

You need to create an account with a unique email and password to access the Service and receive messages from us. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Materials)

Federal law prohibits the production, advertisement, transportation, distribution, receipt, sale, access with intent to view, and possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Underlying every sexually explicit image or video of a child is abuse, rape, molestation, and/or exploitation.

Posting or sharing this type of content will immediately lead to blocking and removal from the platform and a lifetime ban for the user. It will also immediately be reported to law enforcement.

Modifications and Termination of Services

We may change or discontinue our services at any time.

You can stop using our services at any time. We may also stop providing services to you or create new limits to our services at any time.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care. However, we do not make any specific promises about the services beyond what is expressly stated in these terms.

Liability for Our Services

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us to use the services.

We and our suppliers and distributors will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.

General Terms

These terms control the relationship between The Be Here Company, LLC and you.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our rights under these Terms survive any transfer or termination of these Terms.

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the federal laws of the United States of America and the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
